GENERAL INFORMATION:

PROCRETE 800 is an anti-static floor coating system applied in 4-6 mm thickness, with a smooth surface, excellent chemical and solvent resistance, obtained as a result of modification with polyurethane emulsion and cement-based special additives and chemicals, with the addition of special fillers to resins.

FEATURES

Anti-Static: DIN 51953, BS 2050 (explosive production areas) and BS 5998

complies with the standards.

• Heat Resistance: 3 mm coating does not lose its properties under continuous temperature of +60 °C. As the thickness increases, the heat resistance also increases.
• Odorless: It is a solvent-free and odorless coating according to Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association tests.
• Impact Resistance: Thanks to its low modulus of elasticity, it has high mechanical properties and is also very durable under point impact. Under the same impact, it does not break or crack like other coatings.
• Absorbency: It has zero absorbency when tested according to CP.BM2/67/2.
• Moisture Tolerance: industrial floor coverings are suitable for application on damp floors and can be applied on 7 days old concrete or on water-saturated old concretes applied over a vapor barrier layer.
• Cleaning: Smooth matte surface provides ease of cleaning.
